One glass arena, a maxed Legend kit every time you spawn, and nothing to lose. This is Arcana's wand fight with the survival taken off — no claims, no economy, no grind, no walk back to your body. You die, you are standing somewhere else with a full kit a second later.
Join legionpvp.net, open the compass in slot 5 of your hotbar and pick
Legion Practice — the netherite sword. Or walk through the eastern gatehouse at
the hub, the one with the Practice NPC standing on its apron.
The moment you arrive you are dropped at a random spot inside the arena with a full kit, and told so in chat. There is no lobby, no queue and no warm-up. Everyone on the realm is in the same box and everyone can hit everyone.
Nothing here carries over to Arcana, and nothing from Arcana is needed here. The kit is handed out, not earned. Your Arcana wand, robes and Galleons are untouched — you cannot bring them and you do not need them.
The whole realm is a single glass box: 100 by 150 blocks of ground, with glass walls 24 blocks high and a glass ceiling over the top of it.
The ceiling is not decoration. Everyone is carrying ender pearls, and a 24-block wall with pearls in the fight is a ramp rather than a barrier — so the box is closed. Outside the glass there is nothing at all: the world is a void, so there is no terrain to fall into and nothing to render past the walls. That is also why the arena runs as smoothly as it does.
The floor rolls up to four blocks above the base level — grass over dirt — so you can drop behind a rise and break line of sight. The relief flattens back down to floor level within ten blocks of the glass, so nobody can ever ride the terrain up a wall.
Thirty trees — oak, birch and big oak — are planted across it for cover. They stay eight blocks clear of the glass and nine blocks apart, so they are something to break a bolt on rather than a forest to hide in. Their positions never move: the same trees stand in the same places on every restart.
Block placing and breaking are both off. The map is the map — the arena is not a build site and nobody can wall themselves in.
No mobs, no weather, no day cycle. It is permanently mid-morning, permanently clear, and the only things moving are players.
Random ticking is off, so the canopies stay exactly as thick as they were built. Cover you learned last week is still there.
Deliberately. A pearl straight up and a bad landing should cost something — Feather Falling IV on the boots is the only thing softening it.
If you somehow end up outside the glass, or inside a block, the arena puts you back. Once a second every player is checked against the box; anyone outside it or stuck in terrain is re-spawned at a fresh random spot. A pearl into the side of a hill is the usual way to find this out.
Want to reset your position without dying? /arena moves you somewhere else in the box
and hands you a clean kit at the same time.
Every join, every respawn and every /arena wipes your inventory and gives
you the same thing: Arcana's Legend loadout, maxed. There is no other kit and no way
to change it.
| Slot | What you get | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Armour | Legend Robes, full netherite | Protection IV, Unbreaking III, Mending, Silence trim in amethyst. Helmet also Respiration III and Aqua Affinity; boots also Feather Falling IV and Depth Strider III. |
| 1 | Legend Wand, Power XXV | Holly wood, phoenix-feather core — the exact wand Arcana's Legend kit gives, at the top tier. This is the realm's weapon. |
| 2 | Legend Mace | Density V, Breach IV, Wind Burst III, Unbreaking III, Mending. |
| 3 & 4 | 32 ender pearls | Two stacks of sixteen. |
| 5 | 16 golden apples | Plain gapples. No enchanted golden apples — that is a deliberate call, not an oversight. |
| 6–9 | 4 totems of undying | Totems do not stack, so they take a slot each — these are the rest of your hotbar. |
| Inventory | 4 more totems | The first four slots of the row above your hotbar. |
| Off hand | 1 totem of undying | Nine to start with — and +3 for every kill. |
No tools, no blocks, no food beyond the gapples — there is nothing to mine and nothing to build, and you spawn at full hunger every time. Your hotbar starts on the wand.
The robes are a copy of Arcana's Legend kit, not a link to it. This realm does not run Arcana's kit plugin, so the four pieces are rebuilt here to the same recipe. If Arcana's Legend kit ever changes, this one does not automatically follow it.
The wand is the point of this realm. It is the same weapon, with the same controls and the same damage curve, as a Legend wand on Arcana — you are just handed a maxed one instead of building up to it.
Hold right-click to cast, and keep holding it to steer the bolt in flight — the bolt follows where you look. Left-click fires a blast instead: a wind charge that does no damage but shoves whatever it hits. On Bedrock the two are swapped — swing to cast, right-click to blast.
The blast is half the fight here. It costs nothing, it has no cooldown worth planning around, and knocking somebody off a rise or out of a pearl landing is usually worth more than the damage you gave up to do it.
The cast rate here is 500ms, not Arcana's 300ms. A Power XXV wand normally casts twice as often as a tier-one one; on Practice every kit wand is pinned to half a second between spells, so a fight is decided by the shots you land rather than the ones you spam.
Because everyone has Power XXV, the numbers are identical on both sides of every fight. What is left is aim, spacing, when you pearl and when you burn a totem — which is exactly what the realm is for.
A mace sits in slot 2 beside the wand, carrying every enchant a PvP mace is built with.
No Fire Aspect. It was on the mace and it was taken off — setting somebody alight outlives the fight it belongs to, and burning to death thirty seconds after a clean escape is nobody's idea of practice.
Density scales with how far you fell before the hit, so the mace wants height — a pearl up, or a wind-burst off your own previous swing, and then down onto somebody. Wand into mace is the combo the realm exists to let you drill.
No server cooldown at all — just Minecraft's own one second. Arcana's 16-second timer is off here, so pearling is as fast as the game allows.
Chain them back to back for as long as you have them. Arcana works the same way now — the difference is the supply, not the timer.
Those two differences are what make Practice a different fight. On Arcana a totem is a life and a pearl is a commitment; here a totem is a resource and a pearl is free movement. A fight ends when one of you actually runs out rather than when a timer catches you.
And kills pay totems. Every elimination hands you three more totems — so a player on a run gets harder to put down, and you never have to break off a fight to go and restock. They only go into free slots: nothing is dropped on the floor.
The only number this realm keeps is your kill streak. There is no money, no levels, no stats page — just how many you have killed since you last died.
The sidebar on the right reads Legion Practice, then Kill Streak #N
and Best Streak #N. /streak prints the same two numbers in chat.
Vanilla reads badly in an arena like this — a wand kill is filed as a "magic" death and a mace kill is filed as a fall, which describes a mechanic rather than a fight. So the arena writes its own:
From three kills up, the killer's streak is tacked onto the end of the line, so everyone in the arena can see who is on a run. Below three it stays out of the way.
Bedrock players do not get the sidebar. That is a platform limitation, not a
setting — use /streak instead, it says the same thing.
/bot stands a Practice Bot where you are, facing you, in the
same Legend robes you are wearing — so the damage you watch landing on it is the damage you would
land on a player.
/bot
again moves yours rather than adding a second.Hits register on a bot the same way they register on a player. That was specifically fixed: the bot's hurt-flash is cut right down so a mace swing behind a wand bolt lands instead of being swallowed, which is how the same combo behaves on a real target.
Dying costs you nothing but your streak.
Killing does not pay anything either. There is no currency on this realm at all.
Your rank comes with you. Practice reads the same rank database as Arcana, so a rank you bought shows here too — coloured tag in chat, and the same tag in the tab list so the two always agree. Vaults and crate keys are shared across the two realms for the same reason.
The wand studio and rank page work here. /wand opens Violetta's Wand Studio
and /rank opens your rank page, exactly as on Arcana. Note that a customised wand skin is
part of the texture pack — without the pack it still renders as a plain stick.
The texture pack is the same one Arcana uses, offered on join and entirely optional —
decline it and everything still works. Because it is byte-for-byte the same file, arriving here from
Arcana keeps the pack you already downloaded rather than fetching it again. /resourcepack
re-offers it if you changed your mind.
1.21 and newer. Hold right-click to cast, left-click to blast.
Welcome, through the same address. Menus arrive as native forms, the wand controls are swapped, and there is no sidebar.
The realm is deliberately small. This is all of it.
